The Garden House Bed & Breakfast
After spending over 30 years in the Marine Corps and living all over the world, Roy and Frances had long dreamed of owning a bed and breakfast, but that dream didn’t come true until they happened on a house for sale in Simpsonville, South Carolina. It was love at first sight and now they would love to share their dream with you. The house was built in 1905 and started out as a one story cottage, but after lots of additions and renovations it is now three stories, approximately 6000 square feet and completely up to date inside. It is conveniently located on South Main Street in Simpsonville just 1.1 miles from exit 27 on I-385 in the heart of the "Golden Strip". Shopping and dining in Simpsonville are close by.
